What is NIOS TMA?
TMA stands for Tutor Mark Assignment. NIOS is India’s largest open board for Secondary and Sr. Secondary qualification. Every student of NIOS needs to submit TMA to their study centre within the prescribed time.
NIOS tutor mark assignment is similar to your main exam question paper but you have to prepare it at home. you can say this is a home research work. You need to study your subject well and write the answers to assignments. Tutor Marks Assignment carry 30% weightage and your total marks will be 70% of your main exam marks + 30% marks of your assignments.
What is the Submission Deadline?
NIOS- National Institute of Open Schooling conducts two exams yearly, one in April/May and another in Oct/Nov. You have to submit these TMA if you have your exams in Apr/May 2020 or Oct/Nov 2020. Following are the assignment submission deadline for NIOS students-
31 January 2020: for April/May 2020 Exam
30 July 2020: for Oct/Nov 2020 Exam

Quick Tips to Make your NIOS TMA (Tutor Mark Assignments)-
