Why I did not receive my Ignou Study Material?
There might be three reasons behind this-
- You might have selected E-Study Material while applying for admission online. If this case you would not receive the physical copy of the Ignou Books but you can download Ignou e-books online.
- Shortage of Books: There is a possibility that the course books are not in stock with Ignou. In that case, you will see a delay in delivery. You may try Ignou Help Books or Ignou Guide Books for exam preparation in case you do not receive books from Ignou.
- Courier Misplaced: Also possible that your packet carrying Ignou study materials was misplaced. or unable to deliver due to the wrong or Incomplete address given while admission.
